Welcome to Wageningen University & Research’s non-profit Due Diligence Dashboard, which provides risk scores for agricultural commodities by country and commodity across 8 human rights and 7 environmental risk themes. Scores are available at national and, depending on the risk theme and data availability, subnational level.

The Due Diligence Dashboard helps organisations identify where risks are more likely to occur in agricultural supply chains. This supports due diligence, responsible sourcing, and more targeted follow-up action.

Detailed risk scores

Sustainability risks can vary significantly within a country. A national score may show whether a country is high risk overall, but it does not always show where risks are most likely to occur.

The Due Diligence Dashboard provides subnational scores where data and methodology allow. This helps organisations identify regional risk hotspots, compare sourcing areas within the same country, and prioritise follow-up research or action more effectively.

Quick and quantified

Our risk scores are quantified on a scale from 0 (no risk at all) to 5 (very high risk), allowing your organisation to genuinely understand and take targeted action. The Due Diligence Dashboard offers quick and efficient access to clear, actionable data, enabling your team to promptly identify specific risks.

What data is included in the dashboard?

The Due Diligence Dashboard includes scores on 8 human rights risk themes and 7 environmental risk themes. The dashboard covers 9 commodities across 34 countries: cocoa, coffee, cotton, maize, palm oil, rice, rubber, soy and wheat.

A non-profit initiative

The Due Diligence Dashboard is a non-profit tool developed by Wageningen Food Views(externe link): research programme of Wageningen University & Research, in collaboration with our partners: Port of Amsterdam, Olam Agri, Olam Food Ingredients, Syngenta, and the Sustainable Trade Initiative (IDH) .
